SEC. 408. STATE LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM. Section 338I(i)(1) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C.254q–1(i)(1)) is amended by inserting before the period “, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1998 through 2002”.
