SEC. 6461. INCLUSION OF FEDERAL FIREARMS VIOLATIONS AS PREDICATE WIRETAP OFFENSES. Section 2516(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: “(m) any felony violation of sections 922 and 924 of title 18, United States Code (relating to firearms); and “(n) any violation of section 5861 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (relating to firearms).”.
