SEC. 2335. PROPERTY TRANSFER, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK In accordance with the provisions of section 202 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. 483) governing transfers of excess property, the Administrator of General Services shall transfer, without reimbursement, to the Secretary of the Navy the excess six story building and associated land, known as Dayton Manor, located near Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, New York, for rehabilitation and use as military family housing.
