HAR §11-37-12. Display of certificate of registration

The certificate of registration issued under section 11-37-11 shall be displayed at all times in a conspicuous location at the place of business where the sale of manufactured hemp products is conducted. A digital reproduction of the certificate of registration shall be displayed conspicuously on the website of a registrant conducting sales online.
