Section 785 Section 785.455  Insect and Rodent Control Program In addition to any commercial pest control service, if one is utilized, a specially designated employee shall be made responsible for the performance of a regularly scheduled insect and rodent control program.  Poisonous substances, insecticides, and rodenticides shall be labeled, and shall be handled, stored, and used in such a manner as not to create a public health hazard.
