410 IAC 7-26-128 "Utensil" defined

Sec. 128. "Utensil" means a food contact implement or container used in the storage, preparation, transportation, dispensing, sale, or service of food, such as the following: (1) Kitchenware or tableware that is multi-use, single-service, or single-use. (2) Gloves used in contact with food. (3) Temperature sensing probes of food temperature measuring devices. (4) Probe-type price or identification tags used in contact with food.
