410 IAC 7-26-159 Molluscan shellfish

Sec. 159. (a) Molluscan shellfish must be obtained from sources according to law and the requirements specified in the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service, FDA National Shellfish Sanitation Program Guide for the Control of Molluscan Shellfish. (b) Molluscan shellfish received in interstate commerce must be from sources listed in the Interstate Certified Shellfish Shippers List. (c) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) or (b) is a P item.
