410 IAC 7-26-166 Packaging integrity

Sec. 166. (a) Food packages must be in good condition and protect the integrity of the contents so that the food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contaminants. (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a PF item.
