410 IAC 7-26-233 Nonstick coatings; use limitation

Sec. 233. (a) Multi-use kitchenware, such as:
(1) frying pans;
(2) griddles;
(3) saucepans;
(4) cookie sheets; and
(5) waffle bakers;
that have a perfluorocarbon resin coating shall be used with nonscoring or nonscratching utensils and cleaning aids.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a core item.
