410 IAC 7-26-234 Non-food contact surfaces

Sec. 234. (a) Non-food contact surfaces of equipment exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning must be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material. (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a core item.
