LAC 51:VII.2313. Examination of Butter and Butter Related Products

A. Samples of butter and butter related products shall be collected and examined as often as the state health officer may require. The state health officer shall not be required to pay for such samples. B. All sampling procedures and required laboratory examinations shall be in compliance with the Standard Methods for the Examination of Dairy Products.
