Violations

Violations. The commissioner shall enforce these regulations. Any violation of and/or failure to comply with these regulations may result in the assessment of a civil money penalty not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each violation or revocation of the Licensee’s license, or both, in accordance with Mississippi law.
