Quality of Care

Quality of Care. The Applicant shall demonstrate the ability to provide quality services. The Department shall consider accreditation status, licensure history, regulatory compliance history, quality assurance programs, performance improvement activities, clinical protocols, patient safety initiatives, and other quality indicators. In the case of existing services or facilities, the quality of care provided in the past shall be considered.
