WIGEN, COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE DATE: DECEMBER 1, 1983 JOWigen The new perpetual Certificate of Authority is enclosed. This is the FINAL and PERMANENT Certificate of Authority. New Certificates of Authority will only be issued to companies who wish to amend their certificates. The North Dakota Insurance Department will no longer issue a Certificate of Authority on an annual basis. Renewal fees are still required to maintain the Certificate of Authority which is at all times the property of the State of North Dakota. sks
