If a party or an attorney fails and/or refuses to comply with these rules, the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, the District Court Rules, the Supreme Court Rules, or any other requirement of Nevada law, the Court may, after notice and an opportunity to be heard, make such orders and impose such sanctions as are just, including, but without limitation, the following:
