Food equipment, certification and classification
Cite as Okla. Admin. Code § 310:257-7-49
Food equipment that is certified or classified for sanitation by an American National
Standards Institute (ANSI) - accredited certification program such as NSF and for commercial
use will be deemed to comply with Sections OAC 310:257-7-1 through OAC 310:257-7-49 of
this Subchapter or be approved by the Department.
