OAR 860-084-0180. Distributing Electric Company Capacity Limit by Allocation Period

(1) Each electric company must distribute its allocated capacity among the enrollment periods as established by Commission order. (2) The Commission may consider requests to adjust the allocation percentage for any electric company.
