AE-7-555-73 2 de julio de 1973 # A TODOS LOS ASEGURADORES DEL PAÍS Y A TODOS LOS AGENTES GENERALES Y GERENTES DE ASEGURADORES EXTRANJEROS Estimados señores: A tenor con lo dispuesto en los Artículos 1 y 2 de la Regla XV del Reglamento del Código de Seguros de Puerto Rico, los aseguradores del país y los agentes generales o gerentes de aseguradores extranjeros informarán al Comisionado durante el mes de julio de 1973, las transacciones efectuadas durante el semestre terminado el 30 de junio de 1973. En aquellos casos en que no se haya efectuado transacción alguna, incluyendo reclamaciones o pérdidas, siempre deberá rendirse el informe con la anotación "ninguna transacción efectuada". Conforme a las enmiendas introducidas a esta Regla el 28 de septiembre de 1966, los agentes generales y gerentes de los aseguradores del país ya no tienen que rendir estos informes.
