Community Relations

(1)
The Facility shall identify Facility personnel who are responsible for developing and
implementing a community relations plan.
(2)
A Facility shall take proactive efforts to limit disruption outside of its Facility and that may
relate to patients it serves.
(3)
Each Facility shall provide TDMHSAS, when requested, with a specific plan describing the
efforts it will make to ensure responsiveness to community needs.
(4)
Each Facility shall document community relations efforts and community contacts, including
the resolution of issues identified by community members or patients.
