R547-15-2. Definitions

(1) "Average nightly count" means the average number of youths enrolled at midnight in a program for a specified time period.
(2) "Lapsing funds" means funds unspent during a fiscal year that are not designated as non-lapsing.
(3) "Out-of-home placements" means division programs consisting of:
(a) "Community-based program" as defined in Subsection 80-1-102(16);
(b) "Detention" as defined in Subsection 80-1-102(23); and
(c) "Secure care" as defined in Subsection 80-1-102(73).
