3704 ADDITIONAL PREREQUISITE FOR OPERATION ─ MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION 3704.1 No food vendor shall operate a mobile food unit without a current motor vehicle registration that is conspicuously displayed on the mobile food unit in accordance with § 3713.1(h).
