- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.3The processor must maintain conditions and cleanliness of food contact surfaces in
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.4The processor must prevent cross contamination of food and food contact surfaces by:
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.5The processor must maintain hand washing, hand sanitizing and toilet facilities by:
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.6The processor must protect food and food contact surfaces from adulteration by:
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.7The processor must properly label, store, and use toxic compounds according to the
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.8The processor must control employee health conditions by:
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.9The processor must control pests by:
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.10The processor must ensure equipment and utensils used in processing abide by the
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.11All operations in the receiving, inspecting, transporting, preparing, manufacturing,
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.12The processor must take all precautions and measures to ensure the following:
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.13The grounds about the certified facility under the control of the processor must be
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.14The plant building, fixtures, structures, and other physical facility requirements are as
- 22 MAC Pt. 4, R. 20.15Sanitary facilities and controls must be such that:
